Absolutely! Every edited image we deliver is included and yours to download, share, and print. On average, you can expect 50–75 images per hour of coverage, edited in our signature, true-to-environment color style to reflect the natural tones and atmosphere of your day. We also love including a bonus Artist’s Edit section featuring creative treatments such as black & white, vintage film tones, and cinematic cropping.
Photoshopping is not contractually included, we do devote thoughtful time to refining a curated selection of your images—carefully fine-tuning where it enhances the final story while preserving what makes you you. This typically includes subtle blemish removal, light skin smoothing, and the removal of small distractions in the background when they do not feel integral to the moment. Our priority is always authenticity: honoring the real textures, expressions, and emotions of the day rather than altering them.
For all coverage amounts, sneak peek photos are delivered within 3–5 business days. Full photo galleries are delivered within 12 weeks for 4–8 hours of coverage and 8 weeks for 1–3 hours of coverage. For video coverage, cinematic films are delivered within 16 weeks, while trailers and short films are delivered within 4 weeks. Rush delivery is available by request.
Our version of "Content Creation" is included across all packages as a supporting, documentary-style layer, handled by a second shooter or assistant alongside your photography coverage. It’s captured organically and unobtrusively—focused on surprise behind-the-scenes moments and the in-between details that naturally unfold throughout the day.
This is not a standalone or trend-based content creation package, and it isn’t designed around scripted shots, social media prompts, or real-time requests. Instead, content is gathered intentionally to complement your photography experience and, where applicable, your Cinematic Film—offering meaningful, shareable moments without disrupting the flow of your celebration.

Every client receives a bespoke experience rooted in thoughtful planning and customization from start to finish. We provide coverage timelines, location guidance, and planning resources that are custom-built for your unique needs. You’ll have a dedicated 1-on-1 line of communication with Sara and Bri via email during business hours for all task-related requests, and Sara is also available via WhatsApp for advice-based support during business hours, with expanded weekend availability the week of your event to ensure everything feels supported and seamless. Business hours are Monday–Friday, 10am–4pm.
At this time, we photograph all weddings with a team of two. This allows us to thoughtfully cover multiple moments happening at once, maintain a smooth and relaxed timeline, and ensure nothing meaningful is missed—whether that’s different perspectives, transitions between locations, or candid moments unfolding simultaneously. A two-person team also provides built-in support should the day shift unexpectedly, allowing coverage to continue seamlessly.
Payments may be made via mailed check or credit card (a 3% processing fee applies to all credit card payments). To secure your date, we collect a non-refundable retainer of 30%, followed by four (4) scheduled payments of 20% each, with the remaining balance paid in full prior to the event date.
Yes, most additions can be accommodated. Event-day additions are best requested at least four (4) weeks prior to your event, as requests made closer to the date cannot be guaranteed. Heirloom wedding albums may be added up to one (1) year post-event, subject to availability.

LOCATIONS LOCAL THE TRI-STATE AREA
Same-day travel for a team of two is included for locations within 60 minutes of Doylestown, Pennsylvania, or Cape May, New Jersey. For locations within 1.5–3 hours from Doylestown, PA (my full-time base location), typical same-day travel costs range between $100–$500, depending on distance and location.
DESTINATIONS THAT REQUIRE OVERNIGHT ROAD TRIPS
For destinations requiring travel by car beyond a same-day round trip, a minimum of one to two nights of accommodations is required, depending on driving distance and coverage hours. This allows for adequate rest, reliable arrival times, and the ability to document your celebration fully and thoughtfully.
Clients are responsible for accommodations and travel-related expenses for the team. For two people, typical overnight road-trip travel costs generally range between $600–$1,500, depending on distance, length of stay, and lodging location. We’re always happy to help estimate travel costs once your location is confirmed and, within the agreed-upon budget, will coordinate travel logistics on your behalf.
DESTINATIONS THAT REQUIRE AIR TRAVEL
For air travel destination events within the Eastern Standard Time (EST) zone or locations with average flight times of four hours or less from PHL or EWR, a minimum of two nights of accommodations is required. For destinations outside the EST zone or flights exceeding four hours, three nights of accommodations are required. For flights exceeding eight hours or for international destinations, four nights of accommodations are required.
Clients are responsible for the cost of flights, accommodations (hotel, resort, or Airbnb), as well as any required ground transportation related to the trip. For a team of two, typical travel expenses for domestic destinations often range between $1,800–$3,500, depending on location, season, and available accommodations. International travel costs vary widely based on destination, season, and currency exchange. We’re always happy to help estimate travel costs once your location is confirmed and, within the agreed-upon budget, will handle all of our travel bookings on your behalf.
