After years of trying prescriptions (including Accutane) with little success, I eventually realized my diet was playing a huge role for me. Focusing more on plant-forward meals, antibiotic-free meat, and moderating my gluten and dairy intake completely changed my skin. I’ve been acne-free for 2 years now, which honestly feels like one of my proudest adult accomplishments lol.
